The town currently has seven houses, each with its unique design, where five are single houses, while two are conjoined townhouses of 2 houses.
Currently, the town only has two neighborhoods, which will be explained below.
Palm Square Neighborhood
Located in the southern coastal town area, this neighborhood intends for a luxurious but connected and green experience for everyone. It even has a shared clubhouse for hosting local events!
Below the slideshow shown below, we’ll go over all the houses from farthest to closest to the town center.
Beach House
This house lies right on the coast between the town beach road exit and the hotel grounds. It’s a small, cozy house that’s designed to provide the bare minimum.
Sunset Delight House
A beach-themed house with plenty of ornaments to make the sunset view something worth remembering every time.
Tropicobble Townhouse
A fancy townhouse with two mirrored houses joined together, designed with a blend of old-school wood & sandstone cobble and modern stone tile walls.
Dark Woods House
A perfect fit for those looking for a more inland vibe but still super close to the coast.
Palm Square Woody House
One of the larger houses, with more spacious rooms. But ironically enough, only one bedroom.
Blue Townhouse
Another modern townhouse with stone tile walls as two conjoined mirrored houses, similar in design to the Tropicobble Townhouse, but a bit simpler.
Musco Village
Despite being far less developed than Palm Square, it’s one of the first parts of the town that was built, meant to be an extra luxurious getaway area isolated from the rest of town and for wealthy business owners. Have you ever wondered why Musco’s home resides here?
Area Overview
Musco’s Home
This is the largest house, consisting of spacious rooms, a large backyard, and a private beach. The owner of Musco’s Bar & Restaurant lives here 😛
Credit Disclaimer: The house itself is based on YouTuber Keralis’s Modern House 7 from 2013, not solely my design. The backyard (aside from the pool), however, was fully designed by me.
